Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice
Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water*
Green apple
Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs
*non carbonated means non fizzy, so normal water.

so i’ve been to the gym twice this week, and going for the third time tonight.
i normaly spend about 30 mins on tred mill. trying to run over 5k. i try. it’s more like a fast walk/jog/sprint.
then i go on the cross trainer for 10 and finish of with the bike for 15.
i don’t normaly diet i just eat food when i feel like it, which isn’t regular. but recently i’ve managed to put more on then i wanted so here i go. i’m too ashamed to tell you what my weight is. so i’ll tell you how much i lose each week.
